Thermal adhesive. Long working time, smooth. This thermally conductive adhesive is a 2-part heat-curing epoxy adhesive with a working time of 4 hours. It is dark gray, smooth, thixotropic, and adheres well to a wide variety of substances. Use this thermally conductive adhesive to bond heat sinks to LEDs, CPUs, and other heat-generating components.
