The FG-100B, which measures soldering iron tip temperatures as well as solder pot temperatures (with optional temperature probe), includes a new AUTO HOLD feature. With this function, the measurement will end automatically once the tip temperature is stabilized. The automatic temperature measurement can minimizeindividual differences in measuring temperature. In addition to the new AUTO HOLD feature it includes a user selectable temperature display which allows the reading to display in either °C or °F.
