To begin, select your desired currency which is displayed on the top right.

To locate products select the Catalog button or enter a part number and /or description into the search fields.

If using the Catalog search you can find products by searching on the category and sub-category links to display a list of products. You can then select the product to order by entering the quantity required or clicking on the part number to view additional product information.

When you locate a product to purchase enter the quantity required into the box and select the Add button at the bottom of the page.

You may add additional items by pressing the Back button on the shopping cart page and continuing your search.

When you are finished selecting products select the Checkout button on the shopping cart page. You will then be prompted to enter your invoicing and shipping information. 

Upon submission of the order you will be sent a confirming email detailing the products ordered and all invoicing / shipping information. Visa, MasterCard and American Express are accepted for online ordering. If you prefer, print out the completed online order form and fax to 1-604-738-3002 with credit card details. We will only charge your credit card on the day of shipment.  

Bank transfers or T/T's are welcome but are subject to handling fees and minimum orders. Please contact us for details. 

Sorry but COD orders are not accepted.

Shipping charges quoted are minimum amounts charged for average weight shipments. If the freight charge is greater than indicated we will contact you for confirmation before shipping.

All prices are based on Canadian dollars, FOB Vancouver B.C. Canada and are subject to change without notice. Foreign currency prices including US pricing indicated are approximate and subject to change. All charges are invoiced in Canadian dollars and will be converted to your local currency by your credit card company.

Most items are available in large quantities to Manufacturers and other volume users. Please complete an online order form and specify "quote only" along with desired delivery dates, release quantities, target prices etc. We will reply to you promptly.

All on hand information is subject to change. Our online catalogue is updated on a regular basis but there will be occasions where we have just received an out of stock item or sold out of another. If an item is out of stock at the time of order we can B/O it for you to ship at a later date. (Minimum value of B/O is US$10.00 and additional freight charges will apply) We will attempt to ship all orders complete. We will only charge your credit card for what is shipped and on the day of shipment. You will not be billed for items that are backordered until they are actually shipped.

Shipments to the USA are free of duty and brokerage for orders under US$200. Orders above this amount will usually require additional brokerage and duty charges which are collected by the shipping company at the time of delivery. UPS Express (Red) and Expedited (Blue) services include the brokerage charge in the freight rate but may still collect any import duties US Customs imposes.

Shipments in Canada will have taxes added to the order and will listed on the online order confirmation.

We will accept International orders from most countries. We can ship to you via Air Mail, UPS or the carrier of your choice. All products sold by R.P.Electronics are warranted to be free of defect in workmanship and materials for a specified period of time as listed below. Should a product require repairs within this time, please contact us for an RMA and return instructions. Products being returning from the US must be returned to our US Address which will be provided with the return request. Any shipments received without a return authorization will be refused. R.P.Electronics will repair or at its option replace products that prove to be defective. 

In no event shall R.P Electronics liability exceed the buyer's purchase price, nor shall R.P. Electronics be liable for any indirect or consequential damages.

This warranty is void if the product has been tampered with or misused.

(If returning battery operated products please ensure the fault is not a weak battery).
