Material #2 (u=10) Carbonyl 'E' iron powder material has high volume resistivity and offers high 'Q' for the 1 - 30 MHz frequency range.
Material #6 (u=8) Carbonyl 'SF' iron powder material similar to #2 but has an improved 'Q' for frequencies in the 20 - 50 MHz range.
Material #10 (u=6) A powdered iron 'W' material. Offers good 'Q' for frequencies in the 40 - 100 MHz range.
Material #12 (u=3) A synthetic oxide material which will provide good 'Q' and moderate stability for frequencies in the 50 - 100 MHz range.
Material #26 (u=75) A hydrogen reduced material. Has the highest permeability of all the iron materials. Used for EMI filters and DB chokes.
