The LXHL-MW1D consists of a Luxeon Emitter mounted to a hexagonal aluminum submount that can be connected and powered in a close packed hexagonal configuration for tight spacing and increased light output per unit area. The submount is electrically isolated and can be fastened directly to a metal base.
