These -Passive Infrared+ motion detectors will sense body heat and movement. For use in covering large open areas. Choose between the standard PIRs or the Dual PIRs with a tamper switch. The dual PIRs are ideally used where pets are present, they are capable of preventing false alarms by distinguishing a pet from an intruder. The tamper switch is an internal safety switch on the actual Motion Detector which will activate the system if an intruder were to try to disable the PIR.
