The Accutone Tone Generator is a portable lightweight precision tone generator providing a low distortion sine wave at a stable amplitude and frequency. This tone is used to make line loss measurements. It may also be used to aid in troubleshooting and tracing lines.

The Accutone can be conveniently mounted with the Model 7 and all test leads in a protective carrying case. The Accutone is powered by a 9 Volt alkaline battery.
